For those of you who have not yet paid dues,
Membership requires the completion of an application annually. A $250 membership fee is required for one year or four dinner/lectures. If you wish to bring a guest ( P.A. or nurse practitioner) to a dinner, a $75 fee along with an RSVP is required. If you are a renewing member, you need only to fill out the first four lines of the application and return to the current treasurer.
